I am checking on this but it may be that she was the last survivng artist of importance who worked on Snow White.
It would certainly be a unfortunate milestone and fuel my interest in developing and broadening our appreciation for those artists here on the forum.
She started as an inker and was later promoted to department head around 1936 where she remained until 1939.
From the obituary written by her son Alan here is an interesting comment from an 1978 interview by her husband and Disney legend for his backgrounds Claude Coats regarding the colored lines in Pinocchio...

“That was probably the most complicated inking we ever did. The little character of Jiminy Cricket was particularly challenging. “I remember Evie (Evelyn) inking 22 ink lines on Jiminy. Later on (during television production) it was just obvious we couldn’t have that many colors. It got down to where it was six or seven.”
