As I type this I am watching The Iron Giant for the first time an I must say it seems to be an incredible movie. Granted the giant himself is animated with computer technology he appears to be drawn by hand. I love the dated history in it, namely the duck and cover atomic bomb defense they go over. I can't wait to finish the movie.

Yeah it's been a while since I saw that film, it's a great one for sure..a modern classic. I am not so keen on the angular style but it is an example of a film with such a good script you let a lot of things go (not that it needs it).
The animation is overall excellent, any scenes or sequences in particular that call your attention for good or bad reasons?
